Fear can take on a new shape after 50.

It’s not just about the unknown—it’s about the time we feel we’ve lost, the dreams we buried to survive, and the quiet panic that it might be too late to start again.
But here’s the truth: fear is not a stop sign.
Fear is a signal that you’re standing at the edge of something meaningful. And in midlife, when we’ve already endured so much, we don’t need to be fearless—we just need to be brave enough to move forward anyway.
Despite unknowns, every day we have the power to choose faith, confidence, and hope, and to decide to live our best lives.
Fear can be overwhelming, but we can decide to confront it with courage and determination.
Choosing faith means trusting that better days are ahead.
That better day can be today.
Each of us have the inner strength to overcome any obstacle.
Confidence comes from recognizing our own resilience and the countless ways we have already navigated, already overcome so many hardships.
Hope is the light that guides us through the darkest times.
Where light is, darkness cannot exist.
Let this be a reminder that even in times of pain, we can allow moments of joy and beauty to lift our spirits....nay we can decide to let joy and beauty in.
Open your mind to small moments that bring a smile to your face, and a good deposit into your heart.
The flutter of a butterfly, (my husband visiting...) the vibrant presence of a hummingbird, (my son visiting...).
I remember the day a road runner, (my mom visiting...) came up to the table on our porch and looked into the window, I knew in my heart it was my mom visiting to let me know she is with me.
These encounters are not just coincidences; they are reminders that we are never truly alone.
They encourage us to keep moving forward, to find joy in the little things, and to cherish the love and memories that continue to surround us.
So today, and every day, let us choose faith, confidence, and hope.
Let us embrace the small moments of joy and live our best lives, knowing we have the strength to overcome fear and unknowns and that we have an abundant ability to thrive.
Step into your power one moment at a time.
With love & light,
Terriann
