Unfortunately, no.



What if I buy this program, and find out it’s not for me? Is there a refund?


I do not offer a refund.  As in everything worth having in life, your results are totally dependent on your hard work, commitment, mindset, and many other factors. We will explore all of these and more during the breakthrough call. I promise I will not invite you to join if for any reason, I feel this program is not right for you – it would not serve either of us to do so.



What happens if I need to reschedule?


I know sometimes things come up in life that we don’t expect or can’t control. If you have to reschedule, please email me at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not contact me within the 24-hour window (with an exception for extreme emergencies) or just forget and miss a session, it cannot be made up. You will have 16 weeks to complete 14 lessons and 14 private sessions, which is roughly 1 lesson and 1 session every week with a couple of weeks built in to cover any travel, illness, or other complications that might throw off your schedule.



What is the recommended weekly time commitment?

In addition to our 16 private-55-minute sessions, I recommend you set aside 2-3 hours each week to do the exercises and activities we agree on during each session, and 10-20 minutes a day to integrate prayer, and meditation into your life.

What happens after I apply?


Once you click, you will be directed to my calendar to schedule a private breakthrough call. During the call, I will ask you about yourself and your situation, as well as answer any questions you may have about the program. If we both feel it is a good fit, I will invite you to start right away. Once you complete your registration and payment, your Welcome Packet and Orientation will arrive in your inbox! Our 1-1 coaching spaces are limited to 12 participants at a time.




What make this program so different?


Renegade Widow is not your typical coaching program.


I designed this program to offer exactly what I wish I had had during my own journey of heart wrenching grief to ‘wait a minute, I need to get my shit together, and how to do I start?’


Renegade Widow includes:

  • Weekly private sessions with an intuitive, been there, done that, compassionate guide to process your deepest, and most personal issues…not only through your mind but through your body

  • A guided path to turn your grief and pain into one of empowered transformation and expansion

  • A community of like-minded women to share this time of finding the new you, in an open-hearted way

  • Some of the modalities we use are meditation, visualization, energy healing, dietary recommendations, challenges, sleep exercises to have you waking up energized and ready for each day, and more! 


There are many traditional modalities that will help you to deal with all that you've gone through. You have likely gone to grief groups or private therapy that helped in the short term but did not provide a plan for your whole world. These modalities are great, important even, but when you get to the point and wonder, 'now what', that is where we come in. We walk by your side and help you to get from point A to point B. Point B is where you get to finally start to enjoy life again! 


There are many books and groups and online forums for people moving through the steps of grieving. But none offer the thoroughness and well-roundedness it takes to reclaim and redesign who you are and who you want to be. It’s why I’ve created Renegade Widow!
